In line with the Company's capital return policy, the Board recommends an increase of the base annual dividend to $0.38/share (from $0.30/share paid in 2021) to be paid in June 2022, subject to the approval of shareholders at the AGM in May 2022.

With respect to the Euroclear Nederland shares, ABN AMRO Bank N.V. (“ABN AMRO”) offers the Company’s shareholders the option to participate in a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP). By participating in this program, shareholders can reinvest their net dividend into shares of the Company. Further information regarding the DRIP will be made available by ABN AMRO to financial intermediaries.
